基于案例与问题结合教学模式在心血管内科实习教学中的效果体现

摘要 探究基于案例与问题结合教学模式在心血管内科实习教学中的效果。选取2019—2020学年在齐齐哈尔医学院授课的临床医学专业30名学生作为研究对象,作为观察组,采用基于混合式教学的模块式教学模式对其进行教学;选取2018—2019学年授课的30名学生为对照组,采用传统教学法。两者学生相比,实践操作成绩考核分数差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学模式工作的平均评分为(91.1±2.4)分,对照组学生对教学模式的平均评分为(72.7±3.7)分,对比可知两组学生对教学模式的评分具有显著差异(P<0.05)。通过对本院实习学生进行基于案例库的案例与问题结合教学模式教学在一定程度上可以缓解目前教学医院面临的实际困难,和传统的见习模式相比,可以更好地提升学生的学习兴趣和自身的学习能力,值得在教学过程中使用。 To explore the effect of case-based and question-based teaching model in the practice teachingof cardiovascular medicine.30 clinical medicine students taught in Qiqihar Medical College in 2019-2020academic year were selected as the research objects and the observation group,and the modular teachingmode based on mixed teaching was adopted to teach them.30 students taught in the 2018-2019 academicyear were selected as the control group and the traditional teaching method was adopted.Compared with thetwo students,the difference of practical operation scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).The averagescore of the students in the observation group on the teaching mode was(91.1±2.4)points,while the averagescore of the students in the control group was(72.7±3.7)points.The comparison showed that the scores of thestudents in the two groups on the teaching mode were significantly different(P<0.05).Through the study ofthe case based on the case of our college students intern and problems combining with the teaching mode ofteaching to a certain extent,can alleviate the practical difficulties facing the teaching hospital,compared withthe traditional pattern of trainee can better improve the students'interest in learning and self learning ability,is worth using in the teaching process.
