摘要
四钛酸钾(K2Ti4O9)拥有层状结构,具有优良的化学性质和较大的实用价值。选择Ti2AlN为原料,将其分散在一缩二乙二醇溶液中,借助在氩气气氛中加热混合物,通过溶剂热法制备了K2Ti4O9粉体;探讨了反应温度、通气速率和反应时间对反应产物结构的影响;利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对样品的结构、微观形貌和成分进行了表征。结果表明试验最佳反应条件为:反应温度控制在200~210℃,反应时间为5 h,通气速率为2.5 L/min。通过0.1 mol/L盐酸对其进行除杂处理,获得了高纯度层状的K2Ti4O9粉体,仍保持独特花状微观形貌。
Potassium tetratitanate(K2Ti4O9)has a layered structure with excellent chemical properties and practical value.In this paper,Ti2AlN was selected as the raw material,dispersed in a diethylene glycol solution,and thus K2Ti4O9 powder was prepared by solvothermal method under heating the mixture in an argon atmosphere.The effects of reaction temperature,aeration rate and reaction time on the structure of reaction products were discussed.The X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrometer(EDS)were used to characterize the structure,microscopic morphology and composition of the sample.The results show that the best reaction conditions in the experiment are the reaction temperature of 200-210℃,the reaction time of 5 h,and the aeration rate of 2.5 L/min.The impurity removal treatment is carried out by 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid to obtain a high-purity layered K2Ti4O9 powder with a unique flower-like micro morphology.
