针对发车延迟的列车运行图加线模型构建及实证 被引量:5

摘要 铁路货物因集结、车辆编组等环节中的随机因素可能导致延误,使货运班列难以在计划时刻发车,需要科学、合理地采用灵活、及时的方法调整运行线,确保货物及时送达。以调整后的总延迟时间最小为优化目标,考虑列车运行时间、停站作业时间、运到期限等约束条件,构建针对发车延迟的列车运行图加线模型,实现运行线的灵活调整。以中欧班列西通道郑州—阿拉山口线路为例,计算结果表明,该模型可以快速有效地实现列车运行线的调整,为实际运营决策提供理论依据。 In the process of railway freight transportation,due to random factors such as freight assembly and wagon marshalling,time delays may occur,making it difficult for freight train to depart at the planned time according to the timetable.Aiming at the accidental cases,scientific,reasonable,flexible and timely method is required to solve the train paths adjustment problem and ensure timely delivery of cargoes.With the minimum total delay time as the optimization objective,and the trip time,transit time in the stations and freight transit period as constraints,an adding train paths model for train departure delays is constructed to realize flexible adjustment of train paths.Finally,the results of the sample of Zhengzhou-Alashankou route of China Railway Express west corridor show that the model can realize the effective adjustment of train timetable and provide a theoretical basis for actual operations.
