摘要
黄炎培在职业教育实践中依托“做学合一”的劳动教育课程,借助形式多样的劳动教育内容,通过客观公正的劳动素养评价体系,要求学生情感上热爱劳动、思想上尊重劳动、态度上勤于劳动、能力上胜任劳动,同时注重学生劳动价值观、劳动态度及劳动能力的培养。黄炎培对劳动教育方式的探索与实践对当今劳动教育的启示在于:一要观念先行,培养学生正确的劳动价值观;二要重在习惯,注重学生良好劳动习惯的养成;三要落在能力,将培养学生谋生的劳动能力作为落脚点;四要实在评价,有效可行的劳动素养评价体系是落实劳动教育的保障。
Relying on the"integration of learning and doing"curriculum of labor education,various forms of labor education content,and objective and fair labor quality evaluation system,Mr.Huang Yan-pei,in his vocational education practice,not only requires students to love labor in emotion,respect labor in thought,labor diligently in attitude,and be competent in labor in ability,but also emphasizes the cultivation of students'notions of labor values,labor attitude and labor ability.The significance of Huang Yan-pei's exploration and practice of labor education to the present labor education lies in the following four aspects:the first is"concept first",which requires to cultivate students'correct notion of labor values;the second is"emphasizing habit",which requires the formation of students'good labor habits;the third is"ability promotion",which requires to promote students'labor ability to make a living as the foothold;the fourth is"effective evaluation",which requires that an effective and feasible evaluation system of labor quality be the guarantee for the implementation of labor education.
