摘要
目的探讨肛肠疾病术后疼痛的中医治疗方法及护理措施。方法130例肛肠疾病手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各65例。对照组应用常规治疗及护理,观察组应用中医特色治疗与护理。对比两组术后8、24、48 h的疼痛评分及两组治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果术后8 h,两组疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24、48 h,观察组疼痛评分分别为(4.13±1.15)、(2.39±0.71)分,均低于对照组的(5.49±1.04)、(4.65±0.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛肠疾病术后患者应用中医特色治疗与护理,能有效减轻患者术后疼痛,减轻患者心理负担,提高患者生活质量,临床应用意义重大。
Objective To discuss the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method and nursing of postoperative pain in anorectal diseases.Methods A total of 130 patients with anorectal diseases after surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing.The pain score at 8,24 and 48 h after operation,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results At 8 h after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 24 and 48 h after operation,the pain score of the observation group were(4.13±1.15)and(2.39±0.71)points,which were all lower than(5.49±1.04)and(4.65±0.97)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing for patients with anorectal diseases after surgery can effectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce their psychological burden,and improve their quality of life.The clinical application is of great significance.
