摘要
目的:了解广西12~15岁青少年口腔健康状况和口腔健康相关生活质量状况并分析两者之间的关系。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,按与人口规模大小成比例的概率抽样方法,从广西6个地区抽出4425例的12~15岁学生作为研究对象,采用WHO口腔健康检查标准进行口腔临床检查,采用儿童日常生活口腔影响量表(Child-OIDP)评估口腔问题对生活质量的影响。单因素分析采用χ2检验和非参数检验,采用Logistic回归分析口腔临床指标与Child-OIDP得分之间的相关性。结果:口腔问题对广西12~15岁青少年日常生活的影响率为80.4%,其中对进食影响最大(63.1%)。龋病和牙龈出血与ChildOIDP发生率均有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:广西12~15岁青少年口腔健康状况明显影响口腔健康相关生活质量。
Objective:To assess oral health status and oral health-related quality of daily life,and to analyze the relationship between clinical dental status and oral health-related quality of daily life among Chinese 12-15 years adolescents in Guangxi province.Methods:A total of 4425 students aged 12-15 years were recruited by multistage stratified cluster sampling and PPS sampling in 6 communities selected from Guangxi.The subjects completed a structuredquestionnaire through a face-to-face interview and underwent a clinical examination.The Child Oral Impact on Daily Performance(Child-OIDP)index was used to assess oral impacts on daily life.Chi-square test and non-parametric test as well as Logistic regression were used to assess,respectively,the adjustedassociations of 2 clinical indicators with Child-OIDP.Results:Total 80.4%subjects had oral impact on daily life,mainly for eating(63.1%).Caries and gum bleeding were significantly correlated to Child-OIDP index in adjusted models.Conclusion:The oral health status significantly affects the oral health-related life qualityin adolescents aged 12 to 15 in Guangxi.
