不同树龄尾巨桉无性系木材机械加工性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探究不同树龄尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)无性系木材的机械加工性能,以5年生和7年生尾巨桉无性系木材为研究对象,对其木材的刨削、砂削、钻削、铣削、开榫和车削6项机械加工性能进行测试和分析。结果表明,在刨削加工性能上,两个树龄木材均表现为良,刨削深度为1.6 mm时,进料速度宜采用6 m/min;在钻削和开榫加工性能上,两个树龄木材均表现为优;在砂削和车削加工性能上,5年生木材均表现为劣,7年生木材均表现为良;在铣削加工性能上,两个树龄木材均表现为良。总体上,7年生木材的综合机械加工性能较5年生好。 In order to explore wood machining properties of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis clone at different ages,taking 5-year-old and 7-year-old E.urophylla×E.grandis clone woods as research object,comprehensive test and analysis on six mechanical processing properties were made,including planing,sanding,boring,shaping,mortising and turning.Results showed that planning property of 5-year-old and 7-year-old wood was good.When depth of planing was 1.6 mm,suitable feeding speed was 6 m/min.Both of boring and mortising propeties of 5-yearold and 7-year-old wood were excellent.In sanding and turning properties,5-year-old wood was poor,while 7-year-old wood was good.Shaping property of 5-year-old and 7-year-old wood was good.In general,the com⁃prehensive machinability of 7-year-old wood was better than that of 5-year-old.
