摘要
通过对各种桉树的组培技术流程的观察与研究,对桉树组织培养过程中存在的4个主要问题:①污染的发生,②外植体的褐化,③继代苗的玻璃化,④组培苗的遗传变异,进行了深入的分析,并相应提出了解决对策,对桉树的组织快繁和工厂化育苗具有一定的意义。
Analysis on the 5 major existing problems（ pollution, browning of explant, vitrification of clump shoots, inherit and variation of clump shoots） of Eucalyptus tissue culture was deeply carried out by studying and observing all kinds of tissue culture methods of Eucalyptus in this paper, and the corresponding solution strategies were brought forward. This is important for Eycalyptus tissue culture and producing large numbers of Eucalyptus clone seedings.
