摘要
目的分析研究无痛胃镜中右美托咪定的麻醉治疗效果。方法纳入病例是2018年8月—2019年12月收治的76例无痛胃镜患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组38例采纳常规麻醉,观察组38例采纳右美托咪定麻醉,对比各项麻醉指标、血压、心率、血氧饱和度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组检查时间(5.57±1.13)min优于对照组检查时间(6.92±1.59)min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.266,P<0.05);观察组苏醒时间(16.94±2.03)min少于对照组(19.35±2.44)min,观察组舒适度评分(9.22±0.63)分高于对照组(8.11±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.680、10.040,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率2.63%优于对照组15.79%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.934,P<0.05);观察组血压(84.28±5.41)mmHg、心率(64.84±10.82)次/min、血氧饱和度(97.61±2.21)%优于对照组(90.59±8.14)mmHg、(78.47±10.33)次/min、(92.58±2.67)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.980、5.617、8.946,P<0.05)。结论实施右美托咪定麻醉方案,可缩短患者检查时间,增加麻醉舒适度,降低了不良反应的发生率,在临床中值得应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy.Methods The included cases were 76 patients with painless gastroscopy admitted from August 2018 to December 2019,randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in the control group received conventional anesthesia,and 38 cases in the observation group received dexmedetomidine anesthesia.Compared various anesthesia indicators,blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The inspection time of the observation group(5.57±1.13)min was better than that of the control group(6.92±1.59)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.266,P<0.05);the recovery time of the observation group was(16.94±2.03)min less than that of the control group(19.35±2.44)min,the comfort score(9.22±0.63)points of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(8.11±0.26)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.680,10.040,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.63% lower than that of the control group 15.79%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.934,P<0.05);the observation group had blood pressure(84.28±5.41)mmHg,heart rate(64.84±10.82)beats/min,blood oxygen saturation(97.61±2.21)% were better than the control group(90.59±8.14)mmHg,(78.47±10.33)次/min,(92.58±2.67)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.980,5.617,8.946,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of dexmedetomidine anesthesia program can shorten the patient's examination time,increase the comfort of anesthesia,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
