基于药品知识库的人机交互系统在本院静脉用药调配中心应用的实践 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立药品知识库,使静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)工作实现同质化、高效化、个体化,进而促进临床安全用药。方法查阅文献及药品说明书,筛选及建立药品知识库,并依托信息技术实现人机交互,进而在实际工作中实现医嘱用药自主审核,批次决策个体化,输液标签智能提示。结果通过药品知识库与信息系统的不断结合与优化,使医嘱审核人员由5人减为3人,不合理医嘱率由1.43%降为0.68%,个体化输液标签智能提示增加4项。结论药品知识库的建立,可提高审方工作效率,促进临床合理用药。 Objective To establish a drug knowledge base to achieve homogeneity,efficiency and individualization of PIVAS work and further promote safe clinical use of drugs.Methods We independently audited the prescriptions,individualization of batch decision and intelligent marking of infusion labels by consulting literatures and drug instructions,screened and established a drug knowledge base with the help of human-computer interaction.Results Through continuous integration and optimization of drug knowledge base and the information system,the prescription audit personnel was reduced from 5 to 3,the rate of unreasonable prescriptions was reduced from 1.43%to 0.68%,and the intelligent reminder or marking of individualized infusion labels was increased by 4 items.Conclusion The establishment of drug knowledge base helps improve the efficiency of prescription review and promote the rational use of drugs.
