嘉绒藏族春节活动中的猪膘与共餐行为

摘要 基于对四川省丹巴县丹东镇磨子沟村的田野调查,深入讨论春节期间猪膘的共餐行为对社会关系的作用。并得出结论:传统社会中猪膘是嘉绒藏族食物结构中最重要的脂肪来源,是非常珍贵的食材,因而拥有猪膘的数量,成为人们衡量家庭富足程度的标志,同时在所有重要的仪式性活动中,猪膘都是不可或缺的食物,象征意义非常强。 Based on the field survey in Mozigou,a village in Danba County,Sichuan Province,this paper discusses the effects of sharing pig fat on social relations during the Spring Festival.It finds that pig fat is the most important fat source in the food structure of Jiarong Tibetans in a traditional society.Pig fat is so precious as food material that the amount of pig fat can be used as a measure to determine the wealth of a family.In all major ritual activities,pig fat is indispensable as food,and important as a symbol.
