摘要
信息交互一直是教学交互研究中关注的重点。本研究对学堂在线平台"财务分析与决策(2018)"这门课程的数据进行了采集和分析,通过学生—教师交互、学生—学生交互、学生—内容交互三种交互的质量定义了学生在课程中的交互质量,利用K-means聚类对学习者类型进行了划分,并结合成绩分析不同类型交互水平学生的学习效果。分析发现,在远程学习平台中主要存在消极型学习者、无差别型合作学习者、普通型学习者、自主型学习者、亲师型合作学习者、非亲师型合作学习者六类,他们分别表现出不同的信息交互特点。学生采用以资源交互为主的信息交互模式,其学习效果无法保证,而采用以人际交互为主的信息交互模式,其学习效果较好。基于此,研究对出现此类行为特点的原因进行讨论,并根据讨论结果,提出重视学习资源支持学习者学习的有效性和重视学习共同体建设两个建议。
Information interaction has always been the focus of teaching interaction research.This research collects and analyzes the data from the course "Financial Analysis and Decision (2018)" on XuetangX,and defines the quality of learners’ interaction through three aspects:student-teacher interaction,student-student interaction,and student-content interaction.Based on K-means clustering,this research classifies different types of learners,and then analyzes their learning effects by combining their final scores in this course.It is found that there are mainly six types of learners in this course:passive learners,non-discriminatory cooperative learners,ordinary learners,autonomous learners,teacher-preferred cooperative learners,and non-teacher-preferred cooperative learners,which show different characteristics of information interaction respectively.Besides,learners adopting the information interaction mode based on resource interaction cannot be guaranteed by learning effects,while those who adopt the information interaction mode based on interpersonal interaction have better learning effects.Finally,this research discusses the reasons for the appearance of such behavior characteristics,and puts forward two suggestions accordingly:The curriculum design of online courses should emphasize the effectiveness of learning resources to support learners’ learning and attach more importance to the construction of learning community.
