不同产地红景天破壁饮片、破壁粉体和传统饮片HPLC指纹图谱相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立红景天破壁饮片(UGP)、破壁粉体(UP)及传统饮片(DP)的HPLC指纹图谱及其分析方法,为全面评价红景天破壁饮片的质量提供参考。方法通过HPLC采集10批次红景天传统饮片、破壁粉体及破壁饮片的指纹图谱,并对其进行相似度评价、主成分分析(PCA)和系统聚类分析(HCA)。结果建立了红景天破壁饮片、破壁粉体和传统饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了18个共有峰;同一批次的红景天破壁饮片、破壁粉体及其传统饮片之间的指纹图谱相似度达0.99以上;通过PCA和HCA分析,可将不同产地红景天样品分为3类。结论所建立的指纹图谱分析方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,可为红景天破壁饮片的质量控制及评价提供参考依据。 Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of ultrafine granular powder(UGP),ultrafine powder(UP) and decoction pieces(DP) of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma(Rhodiola) for providing reference for quality evaluation of UGP of Rhodiola.Methods Collected 10 batches of DP,UP,UGP of Rhodiola fingerprints by HPLC.And analyze the fingerprints by similarity evaluation,principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA).Results HPLC fingerprints of UGP,UP and DP of Rhodiola are established,and 18 common peaks are marked.The similarity of the same batch of UGP,UP and DP of Rhodiola are all more than 0.99.Rhodiola samples from different habitats could be divided into three categories by?PCA and HCA.Conclusion The established fingerprint analysis method is stable,reliable and repeatable.It can provide reference for the quality control and evaluation of UGP of Rhodiola combined.
