摘要
目的:研究优质护理措施应用于重症肌无力患者中的效果。方法:选取本院2018年10月-2019年11月120例重症肌无力患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组接受常规针对性护理干预,试验组接受优质护理措施。对比两组并发症情况和干预前后生活质量。结果:试验组肺部感染和重症肌无力危象发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后试验组各方面的生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床中对重症肌无力患者进行护理干预时,科学地采用优质护理理念和措施,能够有效地防控并发症发生风险,促进患者生活质量的显著提升。
Objective:To study the effect of high quality nursing measures in patients with myasthenia gravis.Method:A total of 120 patients with myasthenia gravis from October 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received high quality nursing measures.The complications and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of pulmonary infection and myasthenia gravis crisis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical nursing intervention for patients with myasthenia gravis,scientific use of high-quality nursing concepts and measures can effectively prevent and control the risk of complications,and promote the significant improvement of patients’ quality of life.
