摘要
目的探讨预见性护理对重症肌无力患者生活质量及预后的影响,为临床护理提供策略指导。方法选择2016年2月~2019年1月在我院进行治疗的重症肌无力患者98例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将98例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用预见性护理干预措施。3个月后,比较两组患者护理前后生活质量指标及预后状况。结果护理前,两组患者生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康得分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3个月后,研究组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用预见性护理措施对重症肌无力患者进行护理,能够改善患者生活质量,提高患者恢复效果,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the quality of life and prognosis of patients with myasthenia gravis,and to provide strategic guidance for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 98 patients with myasthenia gravis who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,98 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given predictive nursing intervention measures based on the control group.Three months later,the quality of life indicators and prognosis of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before nursing care,there were no significant differences in the physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,health status,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months,the scores of physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing measures for the nursing care of patients with myasthenia gravis can improve the quality of life of patients,improve their recovery effect and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
