摘要
《河北建设公报》于1928年由河北省建设厅创办,该刊以服务人民生活、消除官民隔阂为办刊宗旨,以发布政府公告、施行政务公示、传播建设知识、颁布建设法规为办刊目的。本文分别从期刊的创办背景、刊物内容分类、期刊装帧风格及发行方式四个方面分析《河北建设公报》的出版情况。《河北建设公报》是典型的政府刊物,出版风格严谨务实,但又不乏精致的装点,具有现代政务媒体的突出特点,是研究民国时期河北省政务期刊的重要史料。
Hebei Construction Journal was founded by Hebei Province Construction department in 1928, which is aim at serving people’s life and eliminating the estrangement between the government and the people. Besides, the purpose of founding the journal is issuing the government announcement, making public, disseminating construction knowledge and enacting laws. The paper analyse Hebei Construction Journal from four aspects, which are background of establishment, journal’s content classification, construction design style and distribution method. Hebei Construction Journal is typical journal founded by government, its publishing style are rigorous and practical, and there is no lack of exquisite decoration. It has outstanding characteristics of modern government affairs’ media, which is an excellent historical material for studying Hebei provincial government’s publication in the period of the Republic of China.
