摘要
针对某金矿缓倾斜破碎薄矿体,初选锚杆护顶短壁式全面法、超前长锚索支护“V”形工作面推进全面法及液压支柱护顶壁式崩落法3种采矿方法开采。通过综合对比分析,确定液压支柱护顶壁式崩落法为最优采矿方法,并开展了现场工业试验。结果表明,液压支柱的平均支护强度约15 MPa,为采场顶板提供了有效支撑;采场平均生产能力达到80~90 t/d,损失率为9.2%,贫化率为7.8%,有效提高了采场的生产能力,降低了矿石的损失贫化率。液压支柱护顶壁式崩落法为类似工程条件的矿山开采提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the gently inclined broken thin ore body of a gold mine,three mining methods were initially selected,including the short-walled full-scale method of bolting and roof protection,the full-scale method of"V"-shaped working face with advanced long anchor cable support and top-wall caving method with hydraulic prop.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it was determined that the hydraulic prop-protected top-wall caving method was the optimal mining method,and field industrial tests were carried out.The results show that the average support strength of hydraulic props is about 15 MPa,which provides effective support for the stope roof.The average production capacity of the stope reaches 80~90 t/d,the loss rate is 9.2%,and the dilution rate is 7.8%,which effectively improves the production capacity of the stope and reduces the loss and dilution rate of ore.It provides a reference for mining under similar engineering conditions.
