某铁矿南部破碎矿体的采矿方法优化 被引量:3

摘要 国内某铁矿矿体赋存条件复杂,矿岩氧化严重,开采难度大,影响了地表居民的日常生活。随着开采深度增加,不良地质条件极大地限制了采场生产能力;同时,矿山采用的大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填法与南部破碎矿体的工程地质条件不匹配,因此亟待优选出安全高效的采矿方法。本文在矿山当前使用的采矿方法基础上,结合开采技术条件,提出2种新的采矿方案,对比分析不同方案的经济、技术、安全指标,建立综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各因素的权重,再根据模糊数学理论进行综合评判,最终确定最优的采矿方案。本文研究结果可为同类工程地质条件下的采矿方法选择提供参考与借鉴。 The complicated occurrence conditions,the seriously oxidized ore and rock,and the difficult mining of an iron ore body in China affect the daily life of the residents living on the earth′s surface. With the increase of mining depth,poor geological conditions greatly limit the stope production capacity. At the same time,the empty stop-backfill method of large diameter deep hole stage adopted in mine does not match with the engineering geological conditions of the broken ore body in the southern part of the iron mine,so it is urgent to select a safe and efficient mining method. Based on the mining methods currently used in the mine,combined with the mining technological conditions,two mining methods are put forward,the different economic,technology and security indicators are comparatively analyzed,the comprehensive evaluation index system is set up,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each factor is adopted,the comprehensive evaluation is conducted in accordance with the theory of Fuzzy Mathematic Theory,and the optimal mining scheme is ultimately determined. The results can provide references for mining method selection under the similar engineering geological conditions.
