食用菊花蚜虫生防药剂的筛选和利用 被引量:12

Screening and Utilization of Biological Control Products of Edible Chrysanthemum Aphids

摘要 [目的]近年来菊花蚜虫危害越来越严重,传统的化学防治给食用菊花的安全性带来了风险,亟需开展食用菊花蚜虫防控的安全性研究。[方法]通过分子手段鉴定了食用菊花蚜虫的种类,测定了6种生防产品对食用菊花蚜虫室内和田间的活性。[结果]食用菊花蚜虫主要为棉蚜,烟碱、爪哇棒束孢和苦参碱室内和田间对食用菊花蚜虫均具有较高的活性,其中以烟碱效果最好,室内和田间药后7 d的校正防效均能达95%以上,爪哇棒束孢次之,田间药后7 d的校正防效达80%以上。[结论]生产上可以利用烟碱、爪哇棒束孢和苦参碱等生防药剂防治食用菊花蚜虫。 [Aims] In recent years, the aphids harm the chrysanthemum more and more seriously, ornamental chrysanthemum aphids can be controlled by chemical pesticides, but edible chrysanthemum belongs to food and drink,the safety of aphid prevention and control has attracted increasing public attention. [Methods] The species of chrysanthemum aphids were identified and the indoor and field activity of six biological control products against chrysanthemum aphids was measured. [Results] The main aphid was cotton aphid. Nicotinoids, javanophora bunches and matrine had a high activity on chrysanthemum aphids in the indoor and field, among which the nicotinoids had the best effect, and the correction and control effect in the indoor and field was more than 95% in 7 days, followed by javanophora bunches, and the correction and control effect in the field was more than 80% in 7 days. [Conclusions] Nicotinoids,Javanese rod spores and matrine can be used to control the edible chrysanthemum aphids in production.
