摘要
目的探究中医护理模式用于脑梗塞患者恢复期的效果。方法随机抽取2017年1月—2019年12月该院68例处于恢复期的脑梗塞患者,分为研究组(使用中医护理模式)与对照组(使用常规护理)。对比两组的护理效果。结果经护理干预,两组患者日常生活活动功能评分(Barthel)分别为(79.56±12.44)分、(58.91±7.63)分,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.251,P<0.05);研究组、对照组治疗有效率分别为82.35%、55.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.581,P<0.05)。结论对处于恢复期脑梗塞患者,实施中医护理模式能有效促进患者神经功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,改善患者预后,临床价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model in the recovery period of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A random sample of 68 patients with cerebral infarction in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 who were recovering from cerebral infarction were divided into a study group(using traditional Chinese medicine nursing model)and a control group(using conventional care).Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the patient’s function of daily living function score(Barthel)of the two groups was(79.56±12.44)points and(58.91±7.63)points.The study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.251,P<0.05);the effective rates of treatment in the control group and the study group were 82.35%and 55.88%,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.581,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery phase,implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode can effectively promote the recovery of patients'neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the prognosis of patients,with high clinical value.
