摘要
目的探析该院开展门诊处方前置审核的应用效果。方法将3000份2019年6-12月在该院门诊开具的处方选为观察对象,实施处方前置审核,对比实施前(2019年6-8月)与实施后(2019年9-12月)不合格处方发生情况及不合格处方干预情况。结果处方前置审核实施前不合格处方发生率为11.43%(160/1400),实施后不合格处方发生率为1.25%(20/1600),比较差异有统计学意义(X2=137.158,P<0.05)。处方前置审核实施前不合格处方干预率为62.50%(100/160),实施后不合格处方干预率为100.00%(20/20),比较差异有统计学意义(X2=11.250,P<0.05)。结论通过实施门诊处方前置审核,能够显著减少不合格处方的出现,同时也可有效提高不合格处方干预效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of pre-review of outpatient prescriptions in the hospital.Methods 3000 prescriptions issued in the outpatient clinic of the hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and the pre-prescription review was carried out to compare before implementation(June to August 2019)and after implementation(September to December 2019)of the occurrence of unqualified prescriptions and the intervention of unqualified prescriptions.Results The incidence of unqualified prescriptions before the implementation of pre-prescription review was 11.43%(160/1400),and the incidence of unqualified prescriptions after implementation was 1.25%(20/1600).The difference was statistically significant(x2=137.158,P<0.05).The intervention rate of unqualified prescriptions before the implementation of pre-prescription review was 62.50%(100/160),and the intervention rate of unqualified prescriptions after implementation was 100.00%(20/20).The difference was statistically significant(x2=11.250,P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-review of outpatient prescriptions can significantly reduce the occurrence of unqualified prescriptions,and at the same time,it can effectively improve the intervention effect of unqualified prescriptions.It is worthy of in-depth research,popularization and application.
