摘要
目的探讨肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者血糖控制护理干预措施及效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年10月在该院接受化疗的94例肺癌合并糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,实验组(n=47)针对血糖控制进行护理干预,参照组(n=47)予以常规护理方案,对比两组患者的血糖控制效果、不良反应与并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应与并发症发生率为8.51%,与参照组的34.04%比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者开展针对性护理干预,对控制血糖、预防不良反应及并发症具有显著帮助,值得推广。
Objective To explore the nursing interventions and effects of blood glucose control in patients with lung cancer combined with diabetes chemotherapy.Methods Ninety-four patients with lung cancer and diabetes who received chemotherapy in the hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The experimental group(n=47)provided nursing intervention for blood glucose control,and the reference group(n=47)routine nursing program was given to compare the blood glucose control effect,compared the adverse reactions and complication rates of the two groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the experimental group were significantly lower than the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction and complication rate of the experimental group was 8.51%,which was significantly lower than that of the reference group 34.04%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out targeted nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer and diabetes mellitus chemotherapy can significantly help control blood glucose,prevent adverse reactions and complications,and is worthy of promotion.
