摘要
目的分析给予糖尿病合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者流程化护理的干预效果。方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的62例糖尿病合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用流程化护理,对比分析护理干预前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度及生活质量各项评分效果。结果干预前,对比两组患者各项指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度及生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者流程化护理措施具有积极意义,在降低血糖指标与不良反应发生率的同时可以提高患者生活质量,有利于调整患者心理状态,促使患者在治疗期间积极配合。
Objective To analyze the influence of routine nursing intervention on patients with diabetes and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods A total of 62 diabetic patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma admitted and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Control group and study group were divided by random number table,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given procedural nursing.The fasting blood-glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,anxiety score,depression score,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores before and after nursing intervention were compared and analyzed.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in each index between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,anxiety score,depression score,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of positive significance to provide routine nursing measures for patients with diabetes and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,which can improve the quality of life of patients while reducing the incidence of blood glucose indicators and adverse reactions.It is beneficial to adjust the patient's psychological state,and encourages the patient to cooperate actively during the treatment period.
