摘要
目的应用智能语音外呼平台助力新冠肺炎集中隔离点医学观察工作,提高集中隔离点医学观察工作效率,减轻医务人员工作负担。方法将集中隔离点医学观察工作内容中的健康宣教、常规服务、心理疏导提炼核心要点,编制标准化宣传用语,利用智能语音外呼平台为隔离留观人员批量语音外呼电话、推送短信,普及健康知识。在集中隔离点医学观察工作中,通过智能语音外呼平台向隔离留观人员推送健康监测问卷,收集并统计分析健康监测结果,追访重点人群,及时发现可疑症状。结果智能语音外呼平台能够提高集中隔离点医学观察工作效率、工作质量,节省人力。结论智能语音外呼平台为新冠肺炎疫情防控提供新思路,信息化支撑集中隔离点医学观察工作的经验值得借鉴。
Objective Intelligent voice outbound platform is applied to facilitate the medical observation at COVID-19 centralized quarantine sites,so as to improve the efficiency of medical observation at the centralized quarantine sites and reduce the workload of medical staff.Methods The core points of health education,routine services and psychological counseling in the medical observation work in the centralized quarantine site were extracted,and standardized communication techniques were developed.The intelligent voice outbound platform was used to make bulk external call and push messages for the quarantine observers,so as to popularize health knowledge.The health monitoring work in the medical observation work in the centralized quarantine site pushes the health monitoring questionnaire to the quarantine observers through the intelligent voice outbound platform,collects statistics and analyzes the health monitoring results,and visits key groups to find suspicious symptoms in time.Results Intelligent voice outbound platform can improve the work efficiency,work quality of medical observation in the centralized quarantine site and save human resources.Conclusion The intelligent voice outbound platform provides new ideas for the prevention and control of COVID-19,and the experience of medical observation in the centralized quarantine sites facilitated by information means is worthy of promotion and application.
