摘要
目的对智能导诊机器人在现代综合性医院门诊的应用效果进行分析,并总结出对策进行升级。方法选取导诊机器人从2017年4月7日—2017年5月6日连续30 d的患者使用量,按功能进行分类统计,并在使用机器人导诊的患者中抽取700例,占总使用量的10%做满意度调查。结果通过数据统计,机器人在门诊的效果显著,患者满意率为80%。结论不断推进导诊机器人在现代综合性医院门诊的应用,扩大业务范围,按患者所需更新版本,更好地服务于门诊患者。
