摘要
目的探讨分析综合性护理干预对肝脓肿合并糖尿病置管引流患者血糖及预后的影响。方法从该院2017年12月—2018年11月收治的肝脓肿合并糖尿病置管引流患者中选取46例纳入该次研究,均分为两组,对照组23例应用常规护理,观察组23例应用综合性护理干预,比较两组护理干预后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平及预后效果。结果干预后对照组空腹血糖(9.3±1.2)mmol/L高于观察组空腹血糖(5.9±1.0)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.439,P<0.001);对照组餐后2 h血糖(12.3±1.1)mmol/L高于观察组餐后2 h血糖(9.5±1.3)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.885,P<0.001);护理后对照组痊愈率30.43%(7/23)低于观察组痊愈率65.22%(15/23),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.576,P=0.018<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预应用于肝脓肿合并糖尿病置管引流患者的临床护理中,可有效控制患者血糖水平,提高患者预后效果,促进其痊愈。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose and prognosis of patients with liver abscess and diabetic catheter drainage.Methods From December 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital,46 patients with liver abscess and diabetic catheter drainage were selected and included in this study.They were divided into two groups.The control group received 23 cases of routine care and the observation group 23 cases.Comprehensive nursing intervention was used to compare the fasting blood glucose and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels and prognosis effects of the two groups after nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose of the control group(9.3±1.2)mmol/L was higher than that of the observation group(5.9±1.0)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.439,P<0.001);in the control group,2 h after meal of the hourly blood glucose(12.3±1.1)mmol/L was higher than the observation group’s 2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.5±1.3)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.885,P<0.001);the recovery rate of the control group after nursing was 30.43%(7/23)was lower than the observation group's recovery rate of 65.22%(15/23),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.576,P=0.018<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the clinical nursing of patients with liver abscess and diabetic catheter drainage can effectively control the patient's blood glucose level,improve the patient's prognosis,and promote its recovery.
