不同软段结构聚氨酯乳液的制备及关键性能的对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(简称PBA)、聚己二酸2-甲基丙二醇酯二醇(简称PMA)、聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇(简称PNA)、聚己二酸二乙二醇酯二醇(简称PDA)、二聚酸聚酯二元醇(简称PDFA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(简称IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(简称HDI)和2-二羟甲基丙酸(简称DMPA)、乙二氨基乙磺酸钠(简称A95)为主要原料,合成了系列阴离子型水性聚氨酯(简称WPU)乳液:以结晶型聚酯二元醇PBA为对照,研究了非晶型含有不对称侧甲基的PMA、对称侧甲基的PNA、带有醚键的PDA及带有长侧链的PD?FA分别对WPU乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:由于分子链中侧基与醚键的存在,胶膜的结晶性变差,吸水率较大,激活温度低,分子链的柔顺性变好;聚氨酯分子链的柔顺性越好,对PP基材的粘接强度就越好,其中以PDA合成的聚氨酯乳液,对PP基材的粘接强度最好,为13.43N/2.5cm。 A series of anionic waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion were prepared with polybutylene adipate(PBA),polyadipic acid 2-methylpropanediol adipate diol(PM A),polyadipic acid neopentyl glycol ester diol(PNA),polyadipic acid diethylene glycol ester diol(PDA),dimer acid polyester diol(PDF A),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HD I),2-dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)and ethylenediamine sodium sulphonate(A95)as main raw materials.With crystalline polyester diol PBA as the control,the effects of amorphous type PMAwith asymmetric pendant methyl groups,PNA with symmetric pendant methyl groups,PDA with ether bonds and PDF A with long side chains on the properties of WPU emulsions were studied.The research results showed that due to the existence of the side group and ether bond in the molecular chain,the crystallinity of the film is poor,the water absorption rate is large,the activation temperature is low and the flexibility of the molecular chain becomes good.The better the flexibility of polyurethane molecular chain,the better the bonding strength of PP substrate.Among them,the polyurethane emulsion synthesized by PDA has the best bonding strength of 13.43N/2.5cm to PP substrate.
