带加劲环及注浆孔大直径钢管自动补温工艺应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 钢管FBE防腐工艺是利用中频电感应的方式对钢管加热,要求喷涂表面温度控制在210℃~230℃内,再利用粉末静电喷涂固化后形成一道防腐层,普通的钢管加热在温度均匀度控制上较容易实现,但针对特殊结构,如钢管带加劲环、注浆孔等设计的情况,加热时由于厚度突变容易产生较大的温差,无法满足粉末喷涂的温度要求。该文介绍了一种带加劲环及注浆孔大直径钢管自动补温工艺,作为大直径钢管环氧粉末喷涂防腐中一道辅助控制温度均匀性的工艺,解决了温差过大的问题,满足了特殊结构钢管加温时温度控制要求。 When medium frequency induction heating epoxy powder spraying anti-corrosion technology is carried out for large diameter steel pipe(>dn4000mm)with stiffening ring and grouting hole,the traditional spiral or straight-line transmission method for mobile anti-corrosion operation will lead to the problem that the temperature difference between stiffening ring and other parts of steel pipe is too large when heating.This paper introduces an automatic temperature compensation method for the inner wall of large-diameter steel pipe anti-corrosion spraying.The temperature difference between the stiffener ring and the pipe wall can be reduced by the joint action of the internal heating component and the external heating component,so that the temperature range required by the process performance can be reached.
