摘要
根肿病和褐斑病是影响甘蓝产量和品质的两大主要病害。为明确贵州主栽甘蓝品种对根肿病和褐斑病的抗性,采用田间自然鉴定法,在贵州威宁县、息烽县和修文县对10个甘蓝主栽品种进行根肿病和褐斑病抗性鉴定。结果表明抗根肿病的甘蓝品种缺乏,冬丰8号在威宁和息烽对根肿病表现为耐病,中甘21号在威宁表现为耐病,其余品种均表现为感病;小铁球在3个县对甘蓝褐斑病均表现为中抗,铁球3号、中甘21号和冬丰8号在威宁和息烽表现为中抗,其余品种均表现为感病。部分相同品种在不同区域的抗感表现有差异,抗感表现一致的品种在不同县病情指数也存在较大差异,试验结果将为应用和选育甘蓝抗病品种提供参考。
Club root and brown spot are two major diseases,affecting the yield and quality of Brassica oleracea.To clarify the resistance level of B.oleracea cultivars against club root and brown spot in Guizhou,a total of 10 main varieties of B.oleracea were screened for resistance in three counties,Weining,Xifeng and Xiuwen in Guizhou by using the methed of natural identification.The results showed that there was a lacks of B.oleracea varieties resistant to club root.Dongfeng No.8 showed tolerant resistance to club root in Weining and Xifeng,and Zhonggan No.21 showed tolerant resistance in Xiuwen,but others were susceptible.Xiaotieqiu showed moderate resistance to brown spot in three regions,Tieqiu No.3,Zhonggan No.21 and Dongfeng No.8 were moderate resistant in Weining and Xifeng,and others were susceptible.Some of the same cultivars showed different resistance level in different regions,and the disease index of cultivars with consistent resistance was discrepant in different areas.In words,this study could provide a reference for the application and cultivation of resistant varieties of B.oleracea.
