摘要
本研究基于脆弱性视角,对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间一线护理人员的暴露性、敏感性和适应性进行分析,并提出针对护理人员及其管理者的应对策略。疫情期间护理人员的脆弱性主要表现为其在时间、范围和频率上暴露性高,身体和心理呈现高敏感性,工作方面出现适应性低的问题。为降低暴露性,应提高感染防控的意识和依从性,加大防护产品的创新和投入力度;为降低敏感性,建议提高个人身心健康水平,优化护理人员心理健康管理机制;为提高适应性,需制定与落实疫情相关突发公共卫生事件应急预案,建立医疗卫生救援体系的长效机制,从而最终提高护理人员应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,构建突发公共卫生事件应对体系。
To analyze the exposure,sensitivity,and adaptability of frontline nurses during the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic from the perspective of vulnerability.It proposed the coping strategies of nurses and their managers against COVID-19.The vulnerability of nurses during the epidemic is mainly manifested in their high degree of exposure in terms of time,scope and frequency,high physical and psychological sensitivity,and low adaptability in terms of work.To minimize exposure,the nurse should improve the awareness and compliance of infection prevention and control,increase the innovation and investment of protective equipment.To reduce sensitivity,the nurse could enhance personal physical and mental health,and the nursing managers could optimize the management mechanism of the nurse's mental health.To improve adaptability,nurse administrators need to develop and implement public health emergency plans for COVID-19 and establish a long-term mechanism of medical rescue systems for public health emergencies.So it could enhance the nurse's ability to respond to public health emergencies and construct a system of responding to public health emergencies.
