摘要
依托位于海拔2150m的S446线黑水县扎窝至红岩段隧道新建工程项目黑水河大桥施工过程中,采用安装在黑水河中的塔式起重机,配合船只进行吊运作业,从而满足使用需要。本文针对塔式起重机倾覆事故,应用事故树分析方法,从人、机、料、法、环进行重要危险因素分析,并提出具有针对性、可操作的对策措施,确保施工过程安全受控,防止安全生产事故发生。
Based on the construction process of Heihe River Bridge,a new tunnel construction project from Zhawo to Hongyan section of Heihe County on S446 line at an altitude of 2150m,the tower crane installed in the Heihe River is used to carry out lifting operations with ships to meet the needs of use.Aiming at the overturning accident of tower crane,this paper analyzes the important risk factors from human,machine,material,method and ring by using the fault tree analysis method,and puts forward targeted and operable countermeasures to ensure the safety and control of the construction process and prevent the occurrence of safe production accidents.
