摘要
目的:探讨外伤性腰椎骨折中采取CT检查的应用价值与优势。方法:本研究抽取2018年6月至2019年8月本院80例外伤性腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分组后,对照组采取X线检查,观察组采取CT检查,观察两组患者的诊断准确率、外伤性腰椎骨折评分。结果:X线片的准确率是72.50%(29/40),CT诊断准确率为95.00%(38/40),差异存有统计学的意义,P<0.05(X^2=7.4397);观察组外伤性腰椎骨折评分的准确率分别是97.50%(39/40),对照组是75.00%(30/40),差异存有统计学显著性,P<0.05(X^2=8.0277)。结论:外伤性腰椎骨折中采取CT检查的应用价值显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application value and advantages of CT examination in traumatic lumbar fractures.Methods:In this study,80 patients with traumatic lumbar fractures in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.Random grouping was used to divide them into control and observation groups,40 cases each.Among them,the control group took X-ray examination and the observation group took CT examination to observe the diagnostic accuracy and traumatic lumbar fracture score of the two groups of patients.Results:The accuracy rate of X-ray film is 72.50%(29/40),and the CT diagnosis accuracy rate is 95.00%(38/40),the difference has statistical significance,P<0.05(X^2=7.4397);traumatic lumbar spine in the observation group The accuracy rates of fracture scores were 97.50%(39/40)and 75.00%(30/40)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05(X^2=8.0277).Conclusion:The application value of CT examination in traumatic lumbar fractures is significant,and it is worthy of promotion.
