不同盐分处理对黑果枸杞种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:27

摘要 为了比较黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)种子在萌发期对不同类型盐溶液的耐盐性强弱,对黑果枸杞种子在不同浓度NaCl,Na 2SO 4,NaHCO 3和混合盐(NaCl∶NaHCO 3为1∶1)4种盐溶液中进行模拟盐胁迫,以蒸馏水为对照(CK),通过种子萌发试验,测定黑果枸杞种子在不同浓度和种类盐处理下的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗的根、茎长等11个相关指标。结果表明:0.2%NaCl溶液对黑果枸杞种子萌发没有抑制作用,0.4%以上的混合盐溶液开始显著抑制幼苗生长;4种不同类型的盐对黑果枸杞幼苗生长抑制强弱为混合盐>NaHCO 3>Na 2SO 4>NaCl。NaCl对黑果枸杞种子萌发和幼苗生长影响最小,说明黑果枸杞种子和幼苗更适合在以NaCl为主的盐碱地上正常萌发和生长。 In order to compare the salt tolerance of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.seeds to different types of salt solutions during the germination period,Lycium ruthenicum seeds were treated with solutions containing different concentrations of NaCl,Na 2SO 4 and NaHCO 3(same concentration with NaCl).The control group(CK)was treated with distilled water.Seed germination test was performed to determine the germination rate,germination energy,root and stem length of seedlings and other eleven related indexes of Lycium ruthenicum seeds under different concentrations and types of salt treatments.The results showed that:0.2%NaCl solution had no inhibitory effect on the seed germination of Lycium ruthenicum,and the mixed salt solution of more than 0.4%began to significantly inhibit the growth of seedlings;the four different types of salt inhibited the growth of Lycium ruthenicum seedlings in the order of mixed salt>NaHCO 3>Na 2SO 4>NaCl.NaCl had the least effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of Lycium ruthenicum seeds and seedlings,which indicated that Lycium ruthenicum seeds and seedlings are more suitable for normal germination and growth on the NaCl-based saline soil.
