摘要 随着中国城市轨道交通的快速发展,各大城市将站点地区作为城市发展新的增长点,城市轨道交通与沿线土地一体化发展成为构建健康城市的重要方式。节点-场所模型是分析交通系统与土地利用系统相互作用的重要工具,考虑站点地区街道网络的影响,将其空间连接指标添加到节点和场所价值中,构建优化的节点-场所模型。根据优化的节点-场所模型,将天津地铁1号线各站点分为4种类型,分别为压力型、平衡型、从属型和失衡节点型。压力型和平衡型站点各项指标都较高,且节点价值和场所价值相对均衡,一体化程度较高。从属型站点位于城市的外围区域,各项指标都较低,一体化发展程度低。失衡节点型站点的节点价值高于场所价值,站区空间利用相对滞后于轨道交通建设,需要加强站区空间的开发利用。 With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China, urban rail transit stations are regarded as the new growth pole of urban development. The integration of transportation and land along railways has become an important means to build healthy cities. The node-place model is an analytical tool that explores the interaction between the transportation system and land use system. Considering the impact of the street network in the site area, in this study, the spatial connectivity index of the street network is added to the value of nodes and places and an optimized node-place model is constructed. According to the optimized node-place model, the stations of Tianjin Metro Line 1 can be divided into four types: stressed, balanced, dependent, and unbalanced node stations. Stressed and balanced stations have high indicators, and the node and place values are relatively balanced;therefore, the integration degree is very high. Dependent stations are located in the periphery of the city and have low indicators;therefore, the integration degree is very low. For the unbalanced node stations, the node value is greater than the place value, which means that the land use lags behind the construction of rail transit and the development of the station area needs to be strengthened.
