摘要
目的探究并分析四手操作联合心理干预对正畸患者疗效及心理恐惧的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月收治的110例正畸患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理配合,观察组在对照组基础上给予四手操作联合心理干预。观察并比较2组患者一般资料(包括年龄、性别、体重、文化水平等),牙齿松动度,术后VAS评分,焦虑、抑郁评分。结果2组患者年龄、性别、体重、文化水平等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患者术前牙齿松动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者牙齿松动度均显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后3个月观察组患者牙齿松动度显著小于对照组(<0.05);2组患者术后VAS评分差异明显(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者VAS评分逐渐降低,观察组患者术后6 h、12 h VAS评分显著小于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者干预前焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分显著降低(P<0.05),观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四手操作联合心理干预能有效改善正畸患者治疗效果,并减少患者焦虑抑郁等负面情绪的产生,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of four hand operation combined with psychological intervention on the curative effects and psychological fear in patients undergoing orthodontic therapy.Methods A total of patients who underwent orthodontic therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing cooperation,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were given four hand operation combined with psychological intervention.The general data including age,gender,weight,education level,and tooth mobility,VAS score,anxiety and depression score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment there were no significant differences in patient’s age and gender,body weight and education level as well as tooth mobility between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the tooth mobility in both groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the tooth mobility at 3 months after treatment in observation group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased gradually,and the VAS scores at 6h and12h after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in both groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four hand operation combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effects of orthodontic operation and reduce the generation of negative emotions including anxiety and depression,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
