摘要
本文以广州某医药企业实施的VOCs尾气治理工艺改造清洁生产方案为例,介绍方案产生原因和方案的技术要点,对方案实施产生的节能减排绩效进行了评估。经评估,该方案技术可行、环境效益显著,可显著减少企业VOCs的排放量,降低企业生产对环境的影响,达到显著的减排效益。
This paper takes the clean production plan of VOCs tail gas treatment process transformation implemented by a pharmaceutical enterprise in Guangzhou as an example,introduces the causes and technical points of the plan,and evaluates the energy saving and emission reduction performance of the plan.After evaluation,the scheme is technically feasible and has significant environmental benefits,which can significantly reduce the VOCs emissions of enterprises,reduce the impact of enterprise production on the environment,and achieve significant emission reduction benefits.
