摘要
目的:探究小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采用理肺化痰汤联合穴位敷贴治疗的临床效果及睡眠质量影响观察。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年10月长春市儿童医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组患儿仅予以理肺化痰汤进行治疗,观察组患儿则在此基础上增添使用穴位敷贴进行治疗,比较2组患儿治疗后临床表现、睡眠质量以及临床效果。结果:通过不同方式进行治疗后,观察组患儿在退热时长、咳嗽消失时长以及啰音消失时长均优于对照组患儿;观察组患儿在PSQI量表中各项评分也优于对照组患儿;并且观察组患儿的治疗总有效率也远高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在临床治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎过程中使用理肺化痰汤联合穴位敷贴进行治疗的效果极为显著,在改善患儿临床效果的同时,还能够保障其睡眠质量,值得在临床之中广泛应用并推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect and sleep quality of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated by life I Huatan Decoction Combined with acupoint application. Methods: After the approval of our hospital,70 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the main subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of complete randomization and double blindness. Each group had 35 children. The children in the control group were only treated with lifeihuatan decoction,while the children in the observation group were treated with lifeihuatan decoction in addition,acupoint application was added for treatment,and the clinical performance,sleep quality and clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment in different ways,the time of fever reduction,cough disappearance and rale disappearance in the observation group were longer than those in the control group;the scores in the PSQI scale in the observation group were also better than those in the control group;and the total effective rate in the observation group was also much higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,the therapeutic effect of life I Huatan Decoction Combined with acupoint application is very significant. It can not only improve the clinical effect of children,but also ensure their sleep quality. It is worth popularizing and applying widely in clinical.
