摘要
目的:探讨远程视频审核系统在手术室清洁质量改进的效果评价。方法:在山东省医疗卫生系统内选取两所三级甲等医院进行手术室清洁持续质量改进,通过手术室清洁持续质量改进项目来测试远程视频审核系统的可行性,并根据其监测和数据反馈评估,判断对改善围手术期人员手术室清洁的依从性是否具有积极意义。结果:通过采用远程视频审核系统后,菌落培养合格率由94%上升至97%,日终清洁合规率从69%上升至96%。结论:采用远程视频审核系统,可帮助验证手术室清洁实践并对其标准执行效果量化提供反馈,对提高手术室清洁质量具有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the effect evaluation of remote video auditing system in the improvement of operating room cleaning quality.Methods:In the medical and health system of Shandong Province,two third-class first-class hospitals are selected for continuous quality improvement of operating room cleaning.The feasibility of remote video auditing system is tested through the continuous quality improvement project of operating room cleaning.According to its monitoring and data feedback evaluation,whether it is of positive significance to improve the compliance of operating room cleaning of perioperative personnel is judged.Results:After the remote video auditing system was adopted,the qualified rate of colony culture increased from 94%to 97%,and the compliance rate of day-to-day cleaning increased from 69%to 96%.Conclusion:Using remote video auditing system can help verify the cleaning practice of operating room and provide feedback on the quantification of its standard implementation effect,which is of positive significance for improving the cleaning quality of operating room.
