摘要
目的:探讨结构-过程-结果三维质控管理模式在手术室护理中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2019年1月1日~5月31日于手术室成功完成手术的100例患者作为对照组,采用常规护理管理措施;将2019年6月1日~12月31日于手术室成功完成手术的100例患者作为观察组,采用结构-过程-结果三维质控管理模式,两组手术室护理人员均相同。比较两组手术室工作效率、手术室护理质量、手术患者护理满意度及手术室不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组接送患者时间与等待手术时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),观察组手术室护理质量各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前准备失误、术前意外伤害、术中操作不当、护理文书记录错误发生率低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结构-过程-结果三维质控管理模式应用于手术室管理,可提高手术室工作效率及患者对手术室整体管理满意度,从而促进手术室护理质量改进。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of structure-process-result three-dimensional quality control management model in operation room nursing.Methods:A total of 100 patients who completed successful operation in operation rooms during January 1 to May 31,2019 as the control group.and the routine nursing was given;Another 100 patients who successfully completed the operation in the operation room during June 1 to December 31,2019 were as the observation group,and the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality control model was given,and with the same nurses in operation rooms.And comparison was made on the operation room efficiency,operation room nursing quality,surgical patient care satisfaction,and operating room adverse events.Results:The time for picking up patients and waiting for the operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01),the dimensional and total scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),after the implementation,the total scores of satisfaction in patients on nursing were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative preparation errors,preoperative accidental injuries,improper intraoperative operations,and the incidence of nursing documentation errors were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality control mode in the operation room management can improve the operating room efficiency,so as to promote the improvement of the operation room nursing quality and the patients′satisfaction with the overall management of the operation room and the patients′satisfaction with the overall management of the operation room.
