摘要
目的分析优质护理在急诊损伤感染创面负压封闭引流术(VSD)围术期中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年5月我院收治的行VSD术的82例急诊损伤感染创面患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的引流时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,术后3 d VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS及Bates-Jensen评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于急诊损伤感染创面VSD术围术期,能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,减轻疼痛,改善抑郁、焦虑情绪和创面愈合情况,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing on the emergency injury infected wound in the perioperative period of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD).Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with emergency injury infected wound who underwent VSD surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The drainage time,wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and VAS score at 3 d after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS and Bates-Jensen scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing applied in emergency injury infected wound in the perioperative period of VSD can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,relieve pain,improve depression,anxiety and wound healing,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
