摘要
资助育人工作是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,而高校辅导员是资助育人工作的具体实施者,在资助工作中扮演着重要的角色。在新形势下如何做好资助育人工作,值得每一位高校辅导员进行认真思考和研究。目前高校资助育人工作仍面临着许多困难和挑战,该文立足辅导员工作,提出新形势下资助育人工作的具体方式方法和途径,以期为完善高校资助育人体系贡献微薄的力量。
Education through financial assistance is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and college counselors,as the specific implementers of education through financial assistance,play an important role in the work.How to carry out the work effectively under the new situation is worthy of careful consideration and research for every college counselor.At present,the financial assistance work in colleges and universities still faces many difficulties and challenges.Based on the work of counselors,this paper proposes specific methods and approaches for education through financial assistance,with a view to making contributions to the improvement of the financial assistance system in colleges and universities.
