摘要
职业价值观对大学生择业就业有着重要影响,因此如何教育与引导大学生树立正确科学的职业价值观对大学生职业规划与发展,甚至是对国家的发展有着重要意义。本文通过对新时代大学生职业价值观的现状与现状进行分析,并对存在的问题进行反思,通过探寻"社会-家庭-高校"三位一体的教育引导路径帮助大学生树立正确科学的职业价值观。
Professional values have an important impact on College Students’ employment. Therefore, how to educate and guide college students to establish correct and scientific professional values is of great significance to college students’ career planning and development, and even to the development of the country. This paper analyzes the current situation and current situation of college students’ professional values in the new era, reflects on the existing problems, and helps college students establish correct and scientific professional values by exploring the "society-family-college" trinity education guidance path.
