摘要
不动产历史数据整合是当下数据查询共享、不动产登记提速的必经之路,文章依据《不动产登记数据整合建库技术规范(试行)》《广西不动产统一登记第一阶段历史数据整合建库指导意见》,结合不动产房地历史数据整合实例,探讨不动产登记历史数据整合的方法与难点。
The integration of real estate historical data is the only way for data sharing and acceleration of real estate registration.According to the"Technical Specification for the Integration and Construction of Real Estate Registration Data(Trial)","Guidance on the Integration of Historical Data in the First Phase of the Unified Registration of Real Estate in Guangxi",combined with the example of integrating real estate historical data to discuss methods and difficulties of integrating historical data of real estate registration.
