摘要
根据自然资源管理“两统一,六方面”职责,基于宁波市自然资源和规划局数据资源现状,提出了数据资源整合系统性解决方案。本文以统筹全域“山水林田湖草”数据治理为目标,以构建统一的数据资源中心为导向,探索建立目录统一、结构清晰、分级管理、机制健全的数据资源体系,详细阐述了整合目标、目录体系、数据整合内容、专项数据库建设,以及数据资源整合的实施路径等内容。本文探索了一条可复制推广的自然资源和规划数据整合路径,可为其他城市开展数据资源整合提供借鉴。
According to the responsibility of"two unification,six aspects"of natural resources management,based on the current situation of data resources of Ningbo natural resources and planning bureau,a systematic solution for data resource integration was proposed. Aiming at coordinating the data management of the whole domain "mountain,water,forest,field,lake,and grass",and building a unified data resource center,this paper explores the establishment of a data resource system with unified catalogue,clear structure,hierarchical management,and complete mechanism,and elaborates in detail the integration objectives,catalogue system,data integration content,thematic database construction,and implementation path of data resource integration. This paper explores a natural resource and planning data integration path that can be replicated and promoted,which can provide reference for the integration of data resources in other cities.
