摘要
目的探讨不同时间给予苯磺酸左氨氯地平片对高血压患者血压变异性及晨峰的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月都江堰市人民医院治疗的高血压患者198例为研究对象,根据服药时间将其分为A组(67例)、B组(70例)和C组(61例),三组患者均给予苯磺酸左氨氯地平片治疗,其中A组患者服药时间为上午7点以前,B组患者为上午7―10点,C组患者为下午6―8点,观察各组患者治疗前后白昼平均收缩压(day mean systolic blood pressure,dmSBP)、白昼平均舒张压(day mean diastolic blood pressure,dmDBP)、夜间平均收缩压(night mean systolic blood pressure,nmSBP)、夜间平均舒张压(night mean diastolic blood pressure,nmDBP)、血压变异性和血压晨峰(morning peak blood pressure,MBPS)等。结果治疗后,三组患者dmSBP、dmDBP、nmSBP、nmDBP、收缩压变异性(systolic blood pressure variation,SBPV)、舒张压变异性(diastolic blood pressure variation,DBPV)和MBPS均较本组治疗前降低(均P<0.05),C组患者dmSBP、SBPV均显著高于A组和B组(均P<0.05),nmSBP、MBPS均显著低于A组和B组(均P<0.05)。结论与其他时段服药比较,傍晚给予苯磺酸左氨氯地平片可明显降低夜间收缩压和MBPS,但对血压变异性的影响较弱。
Objective To investigate the effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets given at different times on blood pressure variability and morning peak in patients with hypertension.Method A total of 198 hypertension patients treated in Dujiangyan People's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into group A(67 cases),group B(70 cases)and group C(61 cases)according to medication time.The three groups of patients were all treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets.The administration time for group A was before 7 am,group B was 7―10 am,and group C was 6―8 pm.The day mean systolic blood pressure(dmSBP),day mean diastolic blood pressure(dmDBP),night mean systolic blood pressure(nmSBP),night mean diastolic blood pressure(nmDBP),blood pressure variability and morning peak blood pressure(MBPS)of three groups were observed before and after treatment.Result After treatment,dmSBP,dmDBP,nmSBP,nmDBP,systolic blood pressure variation(SBPV),diastolic blood pressure variation(DBPV)and MBPS in the three groups were all lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,dmSBP and SBPV in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B(all P<0.05),while nmSBP and MBPS in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and group B(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with other time periods,the toward evening administration of levamlodipine besylate tablets can significantly reduce the night systolic blood pressure and MBPS,but the effect on blood pressure variability is weak.
