摘要 从钛阳极涂层的显微形貌、均匀性、析氧性能、添加剂消耗量、强化寿命等方面比较了某失效后经过修复的印刷电路板(PCB)水平电镀用钛阳极与自制钛阳极和新的商用钛阳极的性能。结果表明,修复钛钛阳极与新制钛阳极性能相当,且它们均优于某商用钛阳极。对失效钛阳极进行修复可节省钛基材及机加工成本,值得推广。 The properties of a failed titanium anode for PCB(printed circuit board)horizontal plating after being repaired were compared with a home-developed titanium anode and a commercialized counterpart both in freshly made state from the aspects of microscopic morphology,uniformity,oxygen evolution activity,and accelerated lifetime of the coatings on them and the additive consumptions when using them in copper electroplating.The results showed that the repaired anode had similar performance to the freshly made one,and both of them were superior to the commercialized counterpart.The repair of failed titanium anodes can save titanium substrate and machining cost,being worth promoting.
