摘要
目的:观察生肌玉红膏联合制象皮治疗下肢静脉溃疡的临床疗效。方法:80例分为两组各40例,对照组给予制象皮治疗,联合组给予生肌玉红膏联合制象皮治疗。结果:联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生肌玉红膏联合制象皮治疗下肢静脉溃疡效果较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with processed elephant skin in the treatment of venous ulcers of lower limbs.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with processed elephant skin while the combined group was given Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with processed elephant skin.Results:The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the visual analogue scoring(VAS)score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with processed elephant skin is effective in treating venous ulcers of lower limbs.
