跨座式单轨交通轨道梁焊接拉压支座设计研究

摘要 基于跨座式单轨交通轨道梁桥的荷载特点及功能要求,通过对PC梁铸钢拉压支座和焊接支座的深入研究,提出一种新型的跨座式单轨交通轨道梁支座──焊接拉压支座。文章从构造、特点、工作原理、技术指标等方面对其进行分析,并采用ANSYS有限元软件进行结构计算分析,结果表明,该新型焊接拉压支座能够满足使用功能,同时可消除铸钢拉压支座的诸多缺陷,各构件的强度和刚度均满足使用要求,可为同类新产品的设计提供参考与借鉴。 Based on the load characteristics and functional requirements of straddle-type monorail transit track girder,this paper proposes a new type of straddletype monorail transit track girder bearing welded tension compression bearing through in-depth study of cast steel tension compression bearing and welded bearing of PC girder.This paper analyzes the structure,characteristics,working principle,technical index and other aspects,and uses ANSYS finite element software to calculate and analyze the structure.The results show that the new welded tension compression bearing meets the use function,and eliminates many defects of cast steel tension compression bearing.The strength and stiffness of each component meet the use requirements,which provides reference for the design of similar new products as reference.
