摘要
面对全球新冠疫情的冲击,进出口冷链食品成为一个高风险点。随之而来的新挑战,需要制定科学完备的对策,以稳定中国冷链食品进出口贸易。总结现阶段新冠病毒对中国进出口冷链食品的影响,同时提出对策,以期为改变冷链食品进出口贸易现状提供支撑。
Facing the impact of the global novel coronavirus epidemic situation,import and export of cold chain food had become a high-risk point.In following new challenges,the scientific and complete countermeasures wererequired to formulate,and China's cold chain food import and export trade was stabilized.The effect of the new coronavirus on China's import and export of cold chain food in present stage was summarized,and it provided support for changing the status of cold chain food import and export trade.
