摘要
探究以聚酯为原料采用热裂解法制备山梨酸的合成工艺,分别考察催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对聚酯热裂解制备山梨酸的影响。实验结果表明:聚酯热裂解制备山梨酸的最优工艺选用Na OH为催化剂,催化剂用量为1.0%,反应温度为160~180℃,反应时间为24 h。
The sorbic acid was prepared by pyrolysis using polyester as raw material.The effects of catalyst type,cat-alyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of sorbic acid were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions for the preparation of sorbic acid were listed as follows:the catalyst was NaOH,the mass ratio of NaOH to polyester was 1.0%,the reaction temperature was 160-180℃,and the reaction time was 24 h.
